You can review or change your tier every three months. This keeps your support flexible as your business evolves — no long-term contracts, no pressure.
What happens if I need more hours?
You can easily top up additional advice hours whenever needed. We’ll let you know if you’re close to using your monthly balance so there are no surprises.
Do unused hours roll over?
Hours are designed for use within the three-month cycle to keep advice timely and relevant, but you can adjust your tier if you consistently need more or less time.
Is there a setup or cancellation fee?
No. There are no hidden fees or penalties — you only pay for the tier you choose, and you can change it at the next review point.
Can I switch from advice to full-service support?
Yes. If you need hands-on help (like drafting documents, managing payroll, or preparing visa applications), we can seamlessly shift you to full-service delivery.
