Is this only for overseas hires?

No. We support employees relocating within New Zealand as well as those arriving from overseas, the level of support is simply tailored to the move.

Does this cost extra?

Resettlement support is included as part of our recruitment and Philippines recruitment services.

What does the welcome pack actually include?

Basic groceries at their accommodation on arrival, based on a short questionnaire we send beforehand covering food preferences, allergies and any cultural or dietary needs.

How long does support run for after arrival?

Two weeks of phone support is included as standard, on top of the resettlement guide, welcome pack, accommodation help, orientation and transport card.
